Fast hätte ich es verpasst, bereits seit 19.07.2024 stehen die QGIS 3.38.1-Pakete für Linux, Windows und Mac zum Download [1] bereit. Ich habe mittlerweile das neue QGIS-Mac-Paket installiert. Es läuft erwartungsgemäß hervorragend in meiner GIS-Umgebung, also jetzt QGIS 3.38.1 zusammen mit PostgreSQL v16.3 in der PostgresApp 2.7.3 auf einem MAC mit M1 unter macOS 14.5 Sonoma, siehe Screenshot. I almost missed it, the QGIS 3.38.1 packages for Linux, Windows and Mac have been available for download [1] since 19 July 2024. I have now installed the new QGIS Mac package. As expected, it runs great in my GIS environment, so now QGIS 3.38.1 together with PostgreSQL v16.3 in PostgresApp 2.7.3 on a MAC with M1 under macOS 14.4.5 Sonoma, see screenshot. Thanks to all contributors!!!
